Conveying
Standard belt conveying equipment for aggregate, manufactured sand, tailings and transfer sections in crushing and washing lines.
Tables show common size ranges. Final configuration is checked by material hardness, mud and moisture, capacity, product size, upstream / downstream equipment and site layout.
Use this page to check feed materials, operating limits, model ranges, line integration, wear parts and inquiry data.
WLB standard conveyor references
The following ranges are common references for aggregate and sand lines. Actual conveying capacity depends on belt speed, inclination angle, material bulk density, loading condition and site layout.Used to connect crushers, vibrating screens, SHY washing/dewatering/recovery machines and stockpile sections in sand and aggregate production lines.
The WLB belt conveyor is the standard transfer equipment used in TONZO sand and aggregate production lines. It connects crushing, screening, washing, recovery and stockpile sections, especially around PSJ roller crushers and SHY washing/dewatering/recovery machines.
Because conveyor performance depends strongly on site layout, belt angle, material condition and transfer distance, model selection should be confirmed together with the complete line flow.
The motor and reducer drive the head pulley to rotate. Friction between the pulley and rubber belt drives the belt to run continuously. Trough idlers support the loaded upper belt, return idlers support the lower belt, and material is transferred horizontally or at a small inclination to the next equipment section.
Standard aggregate belt conveyor for transferring stone, manufactured sand, tailings and washed sand between process sections.
Ask about this seriesWLB standard belt conveyor models are listed by belt width. Conveying capacity ranges are common references and should be checked against belt speed, inclination angle, material bulk density and transfer distance.
Shown as the standard aggregate belt conveyor page. Conveyor belts, rollers, pulleys, cleaners and brackets are shown as related spare parts rather than separate machine pages.
Material is fed into the crushing and transfer line.
Large material is reduced before downstream transfer.
Material is transferred to the next crushing or washing equipment.
Fine crushing or sand particle-size control is carried out when required.
Crushed material is transferred to washing and recovery equipment.
Sand washing, fine sand recovery and dewatering are completed in one integrated machine.
Clean finished sand is transferred to the stockpile.
Sectional welded C-channel or channel-steel frame with bolted joints for easier transport and installation. Anti-corrosion painting or rust-resistant coating can be used for washing-line sites.
Rubber patterned belt or polyester canvas belt for aggregate lines. Common belt widths include 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 mm; wet washing lines can use wear-resistant and tear-resistant belts.
Upper trough idlers carry material and reduce spillage. Return idlers support the lower belt. Impact idlers are used at loading points and training idlers can be added for long conveyors.
Head drive pulley and tail bend pulley with bearing housings. Rubber lagging can improve traction for wet sand, and waterproof grease is used for washing environments.
Tail screw tensioning adjusts belt tightness to reduce slipping, sagging and unstable running.
Motor plus hard-tooth reducer is the standard drive option. Motorized pulley configuration can be considered where space is limited.
Cleaner, skirt board, bracket, hopper, cover and guard are matched according to transfer point and site layout.

Material size, moisture, bulk density, transfer length, installation angle and connected equipment should be confirmed before conveyor selection. Wet sand and washing-line sites need stronger waterproof and anti-wear parts.
