Screening

Vibrating Screen for Aggregate Grading & Sand Screening

Inclined vibrating screen, horizontal vibrating screen and dewatering screen for aggregate grading, fine screening and wet-process dewatering.

Series and models Screen specifications are listed by screen type: inclined screen, horizontal screen and dewatering screen. Final selection is confirmed by feed size, screen layers, capacity, moisture and screen surface material.

Tables show common size ranges. Final configuration is checked by material hardness, mud and moisture, capacity, product size, upstream / downstream equipment and site layout.

Overview

Application & process role

Vibrating screen equipment is organized by function: inclined screen for ordinary aggregate grading, horizontal screen for high-precision fine classification, and dewatering screen for wet sand dewatering.

This structure helps buyers select by process role instead of being forced to understand internal series names.

For dedicated washing-line dewatering data, see WLTS High Frequency Dewatering Screen.

Selection Note

Model range notes

Vibrating screen is kept as one public category entry. It is classified by screen structure and process role, not by SP or WLYKJ series names.

Display Logic

Website structure

Use Vibrating Screen as the main category, then separate inclined screen, horizontal screen and dewatering screen by process role and working angle.

How buyers should choose this equipment type

Inclined Vibrating Screen

15-degree inclined layout for ordinary aggregate grading, coarse particle classification and low-cost high-capacity screening after crushing.

Horizontal Vibrating Screen

Horizontal equal-thickness screening layout for higher-precision fine grading in premium aggregate and manufactured sand lines.

Dewatering Screen

Small-angle, high-frequency and low-amplitude screen used for washed sand and tailings slurry dewatering. Detailed wet-process data is kept on the WLTS independent page.

Selection Boundary

Vibrating Screen Selection Boundary

Use vibrating screens for clean dry aggregate grading or dewatering, not for sticky clay-rich raw material.

Linear / vibrating screen

High-frequency screening equipment for dry aggregate classification, finished material grading and dewatering sections.

Choose when

  • The material is dry, clean crushed stone or manufactured sand that needs multi-size grading.
  • Crushed dry stone needs to be separated into several aggregate sizes.
  • The SHY three-in-one washing machine uses a dewatering screen for wet sand dewatering.
  • Material has little clay or floating mud and flows well.
  • Multiple screen layers are required to control finished product size accurately.

Not suitable when

  • Wet sticky clay material with high mud content can quickly paste and block the mesh.
  • Large muddy raw stone directly entering the screen can damage the mesh and cause blockage.
Limits

Operating limits

  • High-moisture sticky clay material can block the mesh.
  • Not used for slurry dewatering; use WLTS dewatering screen for washed sand.
  • Oversized muddy raw stone should be pretreated by grizzly feeder or trommel screen.
Model / Size Data
