Overview

Application & process role

Feeding equipment should be selected by material size, feed mode and process position.

ZSW / GZD vibrating feeder is used for uniform feeding without screening. GZT grizzly feeder is used before primary jaw crushing and can pre-screen mud and fines. K type reciprocating feeder is used below bins for coal and small loose bulk material where low-vibration controlled discharge is required.

How buyers should choose this equipment type

ZSW / GZD trough vibrating feeder

No grizzly pre-screening function. Used for uniform feeding of small blocks, crushed stone, coal, ore, construction-waste fines and screen or crusher feeding sections.

GZT grizzly vibrating feeder

Configured with bar/grizzly pre-screening. Used before WLC jaw crusher to feed large raw stone and remove soil or fine material before crushing.

K type reciprocating feeder

Used below bins for coal, coke, coal powder, small ore and low-abrasion loose material. It is not recommended for large hard-rock primary crushing lines.

Advantages

Core advantages

  • ZSW / GZD trough feeder provides stable adjustable feeding for crushing, screening and washing-line transfer
  • GZT grizzly feeder combines feeding and pre-screening to reduce mud and fines entering the jaw crusher
  • K type reciprocating feeder provides low-vibration bin-bottom discharge and adjustable capacity through crank stroke
  • Wear liners, grizzly bars, springs and sealing covers can be configured according to material abrasion and dust-control requirements
  • Three feeder types cover hopper discharge, primary crushing front-end feeding and controlled small-particle discharge
Limits

Operating limits

  • Not used for precision micro-feeding of fine powder.
  • Oversized sticky clay lumps require pretreatment before stable feeding.
  • K reciprocating feeder is not recommended for large hard-rock primary crushing lines.
