Reversible Fine Crusher for Manufactured Sand Shaping

SHKX European reversible screenless fine crusher for third-stage fine sand making and premium aggregate shaping, separated from ordinary PC hammer crusher and PCZ heavy hammer crusher.

Series and models SHKX-950, SHKX-1200, SHKX-1600 and SHKX-2000 are common reversible fine crusher sizes for comparison. Selection is refined by feed size, target sand size, material hardness, moisture and capacity.

Tables show common size ranges. Final configuration is checked by material hardness, mud and moisture, capacity, product size, upstream / downstream equipment and site layout.

Application & process role

SHKX European reversible screenless fine crusher is a third-stage fine crushing and manufactured sand shaping machine.

It is separated from PC ordinary hammer crusher and PCZ heavy hammer crusher because SHKX uses small feed, reversible rotor and screenless fine-crushing structure for premium sand production, not large raw stone coarse crushing.

Selection Note

Model range notes

SHKX reversible fine crusher is a separate fine-crushing and sand-shaping product. It should not be mixed with PC ordinary hammer crusher or PCZ/PCF/2PCZ heavy hammer crusher.

Displayed separately from PC ordinary hammer crusher and heavy hammer crusher because SHKX is for small-feed fine sand making, not large-feed coarse crushing.

PCZ/PCF/2PCZ heavy hammer crusher handles 500-1500 mm large feed for coarse crushing and single-stage aggregate production. SHKX only handles small feed for fine sand making.

Material check

Suitable for medium-brittle stone with compressive strength up to 150 MPa, including limestone, dolomite, river pebble, quartz stone, calcite, construction-waste concrete blocks, coal gangue and gypsum. High-hardness basalt, granite and metal raw ore are not suitable because wear will be very high.
