Enquiry details and their use
We process the email, optional name or company, equipment, project location, material and requirements you submit to respond, discuss selection and pricing, and follow up on your project. Enquiries are stored by the website service before a notification is sent to our enquiry mailbox through Zoho. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or payment details.
Optional source measurement
Source measurement is off by default. Only after you choose “Allow source measurement” does this site record a landing-page path, referring domain, valid UTM campaign labels and any Google ad click identifiers (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) supplied in the link, for the current tab. This measurement does not retain a full referring URL, search-engine query URL or form message. Do not put names, email addresses or personal details in campaign labels.
Actions recorded
With permission, enquiries may include source information. WhatsApp and equipment-catalogue download clicks send an event type, page path, source information and deduplication reference to our own site. Opening a page does not send a page-view event. A WhatsApp click does not prove that a message was sent; a download click does not prove that a catalogue was read. Neither action is treated as a qualified purchase enquiry or sale.
Browser storage and withdrawal
Local storage remembers your choice for up to 180 days. Only after permission, session storage holds source information for the current tab session, for no longer than 24 hours. Use “Privacy settings” at the bottom of any page and choose “Necessary only” to stop future optional measurement and clear that tab’s saved source. Declining does not prevent browsing, downloads or enquiries. This does not automatically delete enquiries or source information already submitted to the server; contact us about those records.
Service providers and security records
The website runs on a United States server, enquiries are handled by our business staff in China, and Zoho provides email services. To operate the site, limit abuse and investigate faults, security logs may include request times, IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and response statuses. Enquiry and measurement interfaces use a keyed address digest for rate limiting, not raw IP addresses in their business measurement tables. Security logs are separate from optional source measurement.
Retention and deletion
Supporting click records use a 90-day retention window; expired records are cleared during subsequent measurement writes. Enquiries, attached source information and emails are kept for project follow-up, support and business record needs, not automatically deleted when browser preferences expire. Contact the email below to ask about, correct or request deletion of your information. Server backups and email copies may expire later under their respective cycles; withdrawing measurement does not immediately remove every copy.
External services and third-party tracking
This version does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads or other third-party marketing tracking scripts, and does not upload enquiry conversions to advertising platforms. Using WhatsApp, email or other external services is subject to their privacy information. Choices here do not replace settings on those services.
